This past weekend we celebrated our sweet baby girl turning 6! Her actual birthday was March 28th when she was down with Influenza A, so it ended up being a blessing that her birthday party was planned to be much later and she had plenty of time to get healthy and made her party that much sweeter. Initially when I was thinking of what to do, I knew I wanted to do something a little different, Kenzie loves doing tea parties so the idea stuck. The first thing I did was book The Westlake Village Inn because I knew I wanted a beautiful outdoor setting and there is no better place! Once we secured our location we got to work!
This little lady had the time of her life!
Lucky for me, I have great friends and my good friend Chrissy of Good Carma Studio came to my rescue to help me plan the ultimate party. We got to work right away and reached out to our favorite vendors. We knew we needed a craft, so we got the perfect tea sets that each kid could paint and personalize.
We were worried the kids were going to get bored so Chrissy brought on Spoiled Rotten Events to give the kids manicures. Even Bubba got his nails done, he got monsters and was so stoked. 
A party would not be complete without our favorite cake! We got our Polkatots cake and it could not have been more perfect! The cupcake cake was stunning and the adorable tea set was just everything!
I tend to go a bit overboard on party favors but I love it. I love spoiling all of our friends and celebrating our sweet friends. I believe parties are a celebration of not only the birthday girl but also our friends. I love personalized gifts and these bags from Arla Creations are not only cute but so handy!
One thing I always like to consider is not just the kids, but all the adults that come as well. One of the best parts of this party was that it was awesome for the adults. We were able to sit down, enjoy a beautiful day and watch our kids play while having delicious food from Westlake Village Inn, the catering was just the best.
This party was truly a magical day and one that will be hard to beat!
I can’t believe this sweet girl is 6! Kenzie you truly are magic, you make our world brighter each and every day! You have grown into the most beautiful little lady with the sweetest heart. We can’t wait to see what you do in this world because we know you will move mountains. Happy Birthday Baby Girl! We love you beyond!
