I am not sure where the years have gone, but suddenly this little man is 2! Truly time flies. Both Michael and I can’t believe our baby is now a full blown little man! This guys is keeping us on our toes. He loves to tell me “Mommy, I am talking to you!” and his favorite thing to do is play with his sister! He still loves to sleep with his Blankie and his Bobby (aka his pacifier), and his monkey! He finally tells us he loves us and he also loves to tell people his name is Kenzie, I think because he has heard his sister say it so much!
We had an amazing party, filled with friends and family. I can’t wait to post more details. In the meantime, HAPPY BIRTHDAY HUTTON! We love you with all our heart, thank you for picking us!

I’m from Germany and I love reading your blog. Its such a pleasure esp. during night time while waiting for my baby (5 months) to fall asleep. It alsways gives me a good feeling although sometimes I’m totally exhausted. I can also understand you in so many ways beeing a mom. Thanks so much for charing your experiences and thoughts. It means a lot to a mom in Germany and I’m sure to a lot of other people. I love the way you write and the way you are, altough you are a celebrity. Thanks for being yourself.

So crazy interesting Bev… I am just realizing this cool coincidence. I always wanted to have children 2 years and 10 months apart… On March 28, 2009 we welcomed our daughter Mackynzie (we call her Kynzie) and then 2 years and 10 month later I was in labor with our son… but since God has a sense of humor our Son Crew was welcomed at 5 am on Jan. 29, 2012.
I think it is really cool the many similarities. Your two are 2 years and 10 months apart, did you plan that like I tried to? Our daughters share a name and birthday. Our sons almost share a birthday 😉 We both had a girl then a boy… mine are just 3 year older then yours.
To top it off I got to talk to you as a CW phone call with you winner. I may not have know what to say then because I was excited to talk to you. Today, I am glad I can share this with you here… it made me smile as I had not put all these coincidences together.
Three years ago, when my two were 5 and 2 I had one of my most challenging year as I “learned” to be a stay at home mom after leaving a full time career I loved, but it was also one of the best as I found my self thru the eyes of my children.
Enjoy your loves today and cherish the next 3 year they go quick! I write all this as I snuggle my new 5 year old… I can’t believe my baby is now 5, it seems like just yesterday Kynzie was turning 5.
Motherhood is a beautiful journey and it is sweetened by those who share in the ride together!
