So last night was pretty special. We had the incredible opportunity to take Kenzie to her very first premiere, FINDING DORY! I mean, it doesn’t get much better than that. And after seeing TRINA TURK‘s new line that she created with Disney/Pixar for Finding Dory, I knew exactly what Kenzie needed, her very own Finding Dory dress of course. I can not even begin to explain her excitement when she realized that both DORY and NEMO were on her dress. She was excited they were going with her to see the movie. It seriously was so cute.
As for me, going to big events always stresses me out, because I never know what to wear. But for this premiere, I knew exactly what I wanted to wear, I saw this dress at Trina Turk’s fashion show and I knew that was the dress. I LOVE the bright yellow and what better time than a summer premiere. Check out my post of Red Carpet Glam!
So of course we took the opportunity to snap a few family photos before we left, Hutt even put on his Finding Dory swim trunks from Mr. Turk! I didn’t want him to feel left out, even though he didn’t go with us. (Taking a three year old to a premiere was a lot, trying to take a one year old would have been madness! So Hutt stayed home and got spoiled with attention!) 
I have to say the night was pretty special and Kenz watched the entire movie and loved it. It was a beautiful and sweet film that focused on the importance of family, both blood and those you take on as family. I absolutely loved the messaging and loved seeing Dory’s friends rally around to help and do whatever it takes to help! It truly was a fabulous film and I know you will love it as much as we did.

She did so good on the Blue Carpet, she told me to “look into the circle Mommy” when all the photographers were taking our pictures!
And she even got to bring Dory home with her and she didn’t forget about her brother and brought one home for him too. It was quite a night!

Adorable! Love both dresses- you’re right, they are the perfect thing to wear! The kiddos are too stinking cute! I can’t wait to take my two to see Dory when it comes out next weekend!
